Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our time as well as yours is very precious. The date and time you selected is especially reserved for you. We work by appointment only and are very busy. Therefore, we would appreciate that you value our time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance. Deposit is non-refundable and can be transferred 1 time. If you cancel/ reschedule within 40 hours or no show, either a $30 cancellation fee will be charged or you will lose your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. •The appointment is cancelled if you are 15 minutes late. •Another deposit will be required to book another appointment •All services are non-refundable. •You have 72 hours to contact us if any issues with your lashes ( fix, add-on or remove) free of charge. After that, please book a regular refill appointment. *Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate your support.  You snooze, You lose!!!  Don't be late!!!
